A filing discount code or a financial wellness webinar cannot tell someone what to do about their equity. People want a person who knows their situation.
A tax expert who is genuinely reachable, right where they already work.

My first RSUs vest next month and I have no idea how much tax I should be setting aside. We also moved to Austin in March. Does that change anything?
Neil M.Valim10:40 AM
Both matter. Your vest is taxed as ordinary income on the vest date, and the default 22% withholding is often short of what you actually owe. The Austin move helps you from your move date onward, so you will file part-year in two states this year. Send me your vest schedule and I will give you the exact number to set aside.

Employer-paid tax preparation is generally treated as a taxable fringe benefit to the employee. The specifics depend on how you structure it, so we walk your payroll and finance team through the treatment before you launch.
Year-round advisory plus year-end filing. Employees can ask their CPA anything, any time of year, and their federal and state individual returns are prepared and signed by a licensed US CPA. That covers equity compensation, multi-state situations, side income and rental property. Genuinely complex cases, such as foreign holdings or a spouse’s business return, are quoted upfront before any work starts.
