For accounting, advisory and financial firms

Your operational tax partner

You own the client relationship. Valim owns the tax work behind it, under your brand or alongside it, so tax becomes a revenue line instead of an operational burden.

Tax fits your existing workflows. Staffing it does not.

Firms that own deep client relationships in an adjacent space, bookkeeping, wealth, advisory, fractional finance, are asked about tax constantly. The work is a natural extension of what they already do.

Building it is the problem. Tax is seasonal, it needs licensed reviewers, and a bad filing season damages a relationship that took years to earn. So most firms refer it out and watch the revenue and the relationship leave with it.

Valim is the third option: keep the client, add the revenue, and hand the delivery to a firm that does only this.

Two partnership models

Pick how visible Valim is to your clients. The delivery is identical either way.

Whitelabel

Valim operates as your firm. Your brand is on every client touchpoint, you bill the client, and Valim bills you a wholesale rate.

  • Your brand end to end
  • You set the client price
  • Valim invoices you wholesale

Co-branded

Valim appears as your named tax partner, on a revenue share. Useful when naming a specialist adds credibility rather than diluting it.

  • Valim named as your tax partner
  • Revenue share
  • Shared client communications

Two standard workflows

Choose how much of the tax function transfers. Both run under either partnership model.

Client Relations + Filing

Valim owns every client-facing tax conversation, year-round advisory and year-end filing. You stay the relationship owner without carrying any tax operations.

  • Valim fronts tax conversations
  • Year-round advisory included
  • You carry no tax staffing

Doc-Filing

Valim owns document intake, preparation, workpapers, review and filing. You stay in front of the client throughout.

  • You keep the client conversation
  • Valim does intake through filing
  • Workpapers delivered to your standard

Two pricing models

Modelled to your volume and mix. We will quote against your actual client list, not a rate card.

Pay as you go

Priced to the complexity of each return, with no commitment and no minimum. Sensible when you are testing the channel or your volume is uneven.

Volume blocks

Blocks of returns bought at preset rates, for predictable pricing and reserved capacity through peak season. Sensible once volume is known.

Questions

Does Valim sell tax software to my firm?

No. Valim delivers the tax work. It is a CPA firm, not a software vendor, so there is nothing for your team to learn or operate.

Will my clients know Valim is involved?

Only if you want them to. Under the whitelabel model Valim operates entirely as your firm and your brand is on every touchpoint. Under the co-branded model Valim appears as your named tax partner.

Who signs the returns?

A licensed US CPA at Valim prepares, reviews and signs every return, and carries the professional responsibility for it.

What return types can Valim handle for my clients?

Individual returns and every business return type, including C-corp, S-corp, partnership, trust and estate, and non-profit, federal and state across all 50 states.

How is a partnership priced?

Two models. Pay as you go is priced to each return's complexity with no commitment or minimum. Volume blocks are bought at preset rates for predictable pricing and reserved peak-season capacity.
